This questionnaire is my chance to get to know the woman behind the bump — your personality, your family, your story, and what this season of life feels like for you. Because the more I know about you, the more I can create a session that actually feels like you.

We’ll talk about your vision, who you’re bringing along for the ride, what makes you feel beautiful, and what you want to remember about this chapter.

You’ll also notice a few questions about your pregnancy and how you’re feeling physically. I promise I’m not trying to steal your doctor’s job. 😂 Your comfort and safety are extremely important to me, so I simply need to know if there’s anything that may affect how we pose, move, or plan your session. No detailed medical history required.

There are no right answers, no wrong answers, and absolutely no need to overthink it.
